I bought shared hosting and a domain from bluehost four months ago, and since then I've bought several other domains which has webpages hosted on the same domain. I love that you can host more domains on shared hosting (addon domains), as I save a lot of money not having to get new hosting accounts all the time.

As everyone else I love cPanel, and this was a huge point for me in deciding to go for bluehost. I planned on using fantastico to install my CMS, but bluehost doesn't have fantastico, however they do have something similar that lets you install CMS with one click on the mouse (simplescripts).

So far I can't say anything negative about the reliability. I have had some downtime but it didn't take long for it to get up again.

I've only been in contact with customer support one time, and that was the sales department. Sales departments are not the key department to base a review upon, because they answer fast to get sales. The times when I've been stuck I've just used their huge database of online tutorials and videos, so I rarely need any help from people.

All over I think shared hosting from bluehost is amazing and the cost is ok, given all that you get in this hosting plan. There are cheaper hosts, but I'm willing to pay a little bit more when I know I'm hosted at a big and safe hosting company.
