I spent some time trying to find a good web hosting company. First I wrote a liste of my requirements, then I found a bunch of hosts. My reason for choosing mochahost is that they support JSP, ASP and MS SQL in addition to MySQL and PHP.
Uptime and stability: I've never had any downtime on any of the two websites I host at mochahost. I give them five stars for uptime and stability.
Control panel: This hosting company knows how to make their customers happy. With cpanel I've got full control and can see stats, setup domains and make backups. Fantastico and cpanel also work like a charm, with a couple of clicks I installed my Wordpress blog. Five stars for control panel.
Customer support: I did use customer support when I ordered, and they were very friendly and helpful, but despite this I don't feel I have enough experience with them to say anything positive or negative. I give them five stars for customer support, but thats because I have to vote.
Price: Many hosts with this cheap hosting doesn't compare. I give them five stars for value and price.
