They offer low price shared hosting and domains and runs 24/7 live support by chat. They don't have phone support, as they had to make a compromise to offer extremely cheap hosting plans.
To handle the explosive growth and to meet the international competition they have registered hosting companies in Denmark, Dubai (internet city) and England.
